Ordered a few registry gifts from Babylist. straightforward. Tracking was easy to check, everything showed up when it was supposed to, and nothing was damaged. No weird delays, no hassle. Just glad it wasn’t a whole headache. Shipping was reliable for me.

I was surprised by how much was actually in stock. I went with my instinct and added the baby items I needed, and it was way easier than bouncing around to a bunch of other sites just to find the basics

"Shipping was kind of a pain"
I ordered a few baby things and, the shipping took longer than I expected. Everything showed up in one piece and nothing was missing, so that part was fine. But the wait was annoying, like come on, don’t be slow as hell. Not a disaster or anything, just not exactly quick either

"Helpful registry, but I felt a bit ignored"
I really liked that I could add baby items from basically any store instead of being stuck with just one site. It made things so much easier for family and friends since everything was in one place, and it definitely saved me a lot of time. That said, when I had a question, I felt kind of ignored and didn’t get much help, which was frustrating. Overall though, the actual registry was super handy

"Super easy to use"
I made my baby registry on Babylist it was really easy. I liked being able to add stuff from different stores without jumping all over the place, and like I said, having everything in one spot made it so much simpler. It took way less time than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Like I said, super easy and I’d definitely use it again.

"Wish it was a bit easier to use"
The cash fund was okay overall, but I do kind of regret not looking into how easy it was to use beforehand. It worked fine, just felt like the process could’ve been a lot smoother and more straightforward.

The site works fine overall, but the account privacy controls were a little confusing for me. I had to click through a few different menus just to figure out what parts of my profile were public. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I wish those settings were easier to find and a bit more clearly labeled

Not gonna lie, it did stop some duplicate gifts from happening, which was helpful. But it didn’t catch all of them, so I still had to double-check things myself.

"A bit frustrating when items wouldn’t sync"
I was already feeling mentally drained, so it was frustrating when some of the outside items didn’t sync properly. It wasn’t a total dealbreaker, but I had to spend extra time checking what was missing and trying to get everything lined up again

I used Babylist for my shower, the gift tracking was such a huge help. I could quickly see what had been bought, who purchased it, and what still needed to be sent, which saved me from having to ask people awkward follow-up questions.
It also made writing thank-you notes so much easier afterward because everything was already in one place. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but it worked really well for what I needed and definitely made the whole registry process feel way less stressful.

The message came out a little different from what I originally wrote. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I did notice it right away and kind of wish it had stayed exactly as I submitted it...

"Super easy, honestly"
My friends chipped in really quickly, which was a nice surprise. I was expecting at least some back-and-forth or someone forgetting, but nope, it just worked. No hassle at all, and that made the whole thing way less stressful.

"Return went through, but the process dragged"
I was able to get my return completed, so that part worked out, but it was slow. The most annoying part was having to verify things over and over again, like I had already done it and then got asked to do it again. It just made the whole process feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

"quick and easy help"
i had a small issue with my registry and wasn’t sure if anyone would get back to me quickly, but they did. the person who helped me was really nice and fixed it without making the whole thing complicated. i definitely appreciated not having to go back and forth over a bunch of emails. overall, it was a easy experience. thank you, babylist.

"Made the registry way less stressful"
I thought Babylist was easy to use overall. I liked that I could add things from different stores, because I’m not organized enough to keep track of all that on my own. The layout made sense most of the time, though a couple pages were slow for me and it took me a minute to find some settings. That might just be me being impatient or doing everything last minute, but still. Overall, it worked fine and made putting together the registry a lot less stressful.

I had to return one item from our registry and wasn’t sure how the refund was going to work. I’m usually skeptical of customer service because it often turns into a whole back-and-forth, but Babylist actually handled it quickly. The money showed back up without me having to keep following up, which was a relief with everything else going on before the baby arrives.

"Good price for what I needed"
